Dogs six (6) months or older are to be licensed yearly beginning January 1st and a current Rabies Certificate is required.
Licenses for: Neutered/Spayed - $10.00 and Intact - $15.00.
A $5.00 late fee per dog will be assessed if dogs are not licensed by May 1st. State Law requires all cats to be vaccinated for rabies.
Licenses may be done through the mail and you will need to send the following:
- Current Rabies Certificate
- Self-addressed, stamped envelope (2 stamps are needed)
- Check made payable to the Town of Warren
After August 1st. whoever violates M.G.L. c.140, Section 141 shall be assessed a penalty of not less than $50.00. Rabies Vaccine - M.G.L. c140, Section 145B a-f whoever violates this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00.
